We are a mobile surf school based in Moray. We offer surf lessons for ages 8 years to 100 years!

Why a surf school in Moray?

Well, Donald runs New Wave Surf School to share his love of surfing with people in our local community.  It certainly isn't a big earner, but the smiles and screams of excitement from newbies young and old, trying out surfing for the first time are worth millions!  Moray is a great place to live and visit, with its beautiful beaches and perfect beginner waves that are on offer.  Over the last few years Donald has created a fantastic client base throughout Moray and even the far reaches of the UK.  The constant thanks and new friendships formed, make it all worth while!  So...Here is New Wave's opportunity to say Thanks to YOU, the people who make it a fun job to do...  THANK YOU ALL!!!

New Wave and Outfit Moray!

New Wave Surf School is also offering surfing lessons through Outfit Moray, a great Youth Charity based in Lossiemouth!  Check out Outfit's website to see all the wonderful outdoor activities they offer, from canoeing and coasteering to abseiling and kayaking, and of course....SURFING!!

Feel Reassured - We're Fully Trained!

Donald has trained as a Surfing Instructor with the International Surfing Association.  He is also a trained Beach Lifeguard.  All of his training was done with Surfing and Lifeguard professionals in Cornwall, England.

Adventure Scotland Ltd has listed New Wave Surf School as an Approved Outdoor Adventure Activity provider for Aberdeenshire Council and Moray Council. 

Feel Reassured - We're Qualified!

Donald Peace has completed and passed a full enhanced Disclosure check, Child Protection course, Emergency First Aid for the Outdoors course, Youth Work training, Lifeguard training, and ISA Surf Instructor Training amongst numerous others. He is frequently updating qualifications.

To ensure that you are safe in the water, we have used approved and insured equipment that makes your surf lesson super safe. All equipment is checked and maintained regularly for your safety.
