About new wave surf schoolNew Wave was set up in 2007 by Donald Peace.
Donald is an avid surfer and when he's not teaching others to surf, he's surfing himself! His love of surfing began one afternoon when he was supposed to be going for a Skate with some friends, but instead of the Skatepark, they headed to the beach for a surf. Even though Donald couldn't swim, or even float well at the time, he jumped in at the deep end and caught his first wave. From that point on, Donald realised that surfing was what he was meant to do. He learnt to swim at the local leisure centre, gave up his nicely paid job, and then he travelled to Cornwall and achieved his Surfing Instructor qualification and Beach Lifeguard qualification. He then started up his own surf school based in Morayshire. Since then, Donald has been helping people from all over Britain to feel the same magic as he did - the magic of CATCHING A WAVE! |
